Bandland ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Bandland, you agree to this policy.

Account data: name, email, password (hashed), and profile details you provide.
Profile content: photos, location, roles, workspaces, connections, and notes you create.
Usage data: pages visited, actions performed, device and browser information.
Communications: messages and invites sent through the platform.

3. How we use your information

To provide, operate, and improve the service.
To authenticate you and protect your account.
To send service-related and transactional emails.
To enforce our Terms and prevent abuse.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Public profile information is visible according to the visibility settings you choose. We may share data with trusted service providers (hosting, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

5. Your rights

You may access, update or export your personal data at any time from your account settings. To request deletion of your account, profile or other personal data, email privacy@bandland.net from the address linked to your account, or send a request through Help & Feedback. We will confirm your identity and process the request across the connected Startion applications.

6. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. After deletion, residual data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being permanently removed.
